cait.blend.zip includes cait.blend source file to be opened in Blender 3.4+ and rig_tools*.zip which is an addon to use if you haven't bought Auto Rig Pro to get the full functionality of the rig.

.glb is a GLTF that should be able to be viewed in any GLTF viewer like https://sandbox.babylonjs.com/
